David Moskovitz

David Moskovitz

October 20, 1944 - October 7, 2008

We are sad to announce the death of David Moskovitz on October 7, 2008. David was a well- liked and respected psychiatrist practicing at Portage Path Behavioral Health

in Barberton. His passion, however, was painting; his favorite subjects were his family, his garden, and the places he vacationed. He began exhibiting widely in 1989

in both New England and, starting in 1993, in Northeast Ohio. His first exhibition at The Harris Stanton Gallery  was held January18 - February 16, 2008. His paintings are held

in many public and private collections, including The Cleveland Clinic and

Go-Jo Industries, Akron, Ohio.  He will long be remembered for his bold, colorful paintings

which reflected his zest for life, and love for the beauty of the world that surrounded him.
